The analysis provides information to be read in an individual context: it does not diagnose and does not replace appointments or clinical investigations where these are needed.

What it explores

Gut microbiome

  • composition and biodiversity of the gut microbiome;
  • possible imbalance;
  • bacteria, archaea, fungi and protozoa;
  • the estimated potential for certain metabolic and enzymatic activities.
These estimates are not direct quantitative measurements of metabolites, hormones or organ function. The presence of microbial DNA is not a diagnosis of infection.

My personal support

Before our appointment, I analyse and interpret the results in relation to your history, habits and pathway goals.

During an appointment of around 50 minutes, I explain what has emerged, answer your questions and we define a personalised nutritional plan together. It may take place online or in person.

After the plan has been provided, you can clarify brief questions by email or WhatsApp in line with the instructions you receive. The pathway does not automatically include another full appointment; if a further full appointment is needed, we agree it separately.

How it works

  1. You complete the purchase and receive practical information.
  2. You receive the kit and follow the collection instructions.
  3. You return the sample using the planned delivery.
  4. I receive the report, analyse it and prepare the nutritional guidance.
  5. We meet online or in person to interpret the results and define the plan.

Before you begin

Gut sample

Collect the sample at least 10 days after finishing antibiotics, probiotics or lactic ferments.

Do not stop prescribed treatment in order to take the test without consulting your doctor. Always follow the kit instructions.

Indicative timing

  • Kit delivery: around 7 working days from payment.
  • Report and appointment: the report is generally available around 4–5 weeks after the sample is received; the appointment is arranged after my preliminary interpretation.
  • An unused kit can be used within 6 months of receipt. After collection, send the sample within 72 hours.

Kit and what you receive

You receive one kit for the gut sample, instructions and everything needed for return delivery within Italy.

At the end, you receive the PDF report, my interpretation, the personalised nutritional plan and the dedicated appointment. If the appointment is in person, the report may also be provided in paper form.

What happens after payment

After payment, you will receive the practical information needed to begin the pathway, receive the kit, use it correctly and return it. After the analysis, I will personally interpret the results, prepare the nutritional guidance and meet with you to discuss them together and define the plan.

Final summary
