The pathway combines gut microbiome analysis with a saliva-based exploration of genetic variants. It includes reports, my preliminary interpretation, a personalised nutritional plan and an appointment of around 50 minutes, online or in person.
The analyses identify predispositions and individual characteristics: they do not predict with certainty whether conditions will develop and do not replace clinical or specialist investigations.

Before you begin
Gut sample
Wait at least 10 days after finishing antibiotics, probiotics or lactic ferments. Do not stop prescribed treatment without consulting your doctor and follow the kit instructions.
Saliva sample
In the hour before collection:
Do not eat, drink or smoke.
Indicative timing
- Kit delivery: around 7 working days from payment.
- Reports and appointment: generally around 4–5 weeks after samples are received; the appointment follows my preliminary interpretation.
- Unused kits can be used within 6 months of receipt. Send the gut sample within 72 hours of collection.

You receive one gut-sample kit and one saliva kit, with instructions and return delivery within Italy.
You also receive PDF reports, my integrated interpretation, the personalised nutritional plan and the dedicated appointment. Two saliva kits are not provided.
What happens after payment
After payment, you will receive the practical information needed to begin the pathway, receive the kits, use them correctly and return the samples. After the analyses, I will personally interpret the results, prepare the nutritional guidance and meet with you to discuss them together and define the plan.
